The challenge
Placement cells run drives on spreadsheets and messaging groups. Student eligibility, company rounds, interview schedules and offer records live in different places, so coordinators spend more time chasing information than running the drive.
What we built
- Student profiles with resumes, eligibility criteria and application history
- Drive and round scheduling with automated notifications to students
- Recruiter portal for posting roles, shortlisting and sharing results
- Placement dashboards and exportable reporting for the placement cell

Outcome
Currently in development. The platform replaces spreadsheet-driven coordination with a single system where students, coordinators and recruiters see the same live status.
