The challenge
Finding a trustworthy mechanic is mostly word of mouth. Customers have no visibility into pricing or progress, and independent mechanics have no easy way to reach new customers or manage bookings.
What we built
- Mechanic onboarding with document checks and verification status
- Service booking with location matching and slot selection
- Live job tracking and status updates for the customer
- Ratings, service history and an admin console for dispute handling

Outcome
Currently in development, with the mechanic verification and booking flows already built and under testing.
